This is the part of the mask that will wear out (typically after around 6 months continuous use), but there is no need to buy the whole mask.

When purchasing a new BMC Nasal Pillow Mask, you may wish to consider buying an extra set of user replaceable nasal pillows to keep as a spare and rotate while cleaning.
